ICYMI {Watch}: Grief in the Pandemic

On Wednesday, my dear friend, Tara Nash, joined me for Part One of a Three part interview series around grief. Tara and I met while we were getting our Masters Degrees in Spiritual Psychology, since then she went on to become a Grief Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

In having conversations and observing people over the last few months, the one thing I notice that mostly every had in common was that they were experiencing a sense of loss in some way. Loss of their pre-pandemic life, job loss, the loss of a loved one, etc. and so we wanted to put together a way to support people in their grief.

In our conversation, you’ll learn:

  • A new definition of grief

  • to identify some of the feelings you may have been experiencing over the last few months

  • tools to support yourself in grief

  • the value of shifting from focusing on what is out of your control, to what is in your control

  • how to look at the pandemic through the spiritual context

If you missed the conversation, you can watch it below and don’t forget to mark your calendar for our next conversation taking place on December 3rd at 1PM PST on my IG live. We will discuss Grief & Job Loss.

Big love,

Karlie
